Account Responsibilities
One account per person. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for every action performed under your account. Your username and password should never be disclosed to anyone. If you suspect that a third party has gained access, contact your WhatsApp agent immediately to lock the account.
Mahadev Book reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account associated with fraudulent behaviour, market manipulation, collusion between players, use of automated betting tools, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All wagers are subject to the specific rules of the market or game in which they are placed. On the exchange, bets are matched between users — Mahadev Book facilitates the matching process but is not a counterparty to any individual wager. A commission applies to net winnings on matched bets, and the applicable rate is displayed within the market interface.
Settlement follows the official outcome declared by the relevant governing body for each sport. Where a dispute arises, the platform’s determination is final and binding. Voided bets — triggered by match abandonments, technical faults, or irregular market conditions — are settled at even money with the original stake returned.
Casino offerings operate on certified random number generation and professionally produced live dealer sessions. Game outcomes are determined by the underlying mechanics and cannot be altered by the platform. Any malfunction during a round renders that round void, and associated payouts are cancelled.
Financial Transactions
Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the Mahadev Book WhatsApp channel. Accepted deposit methods include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and direct bank transfers. Withdrawals are routed to the bank account or UPI handle linked to your profile. Identity verification may be requested before large or irregular withdrawal amounts are processed.
Minimum thresholds for deposits and withdrawals are communicated by your WhatsApp agent during account setup. Standard withdrawal processing typically completes within 15 to 30 minutes, though bank holidays or enhanced verification checks can extend this window.
Intellectual Property
Text, graphics, logos, software, and visual design elements displayed on the Mahadev Book platform are the property of the platform or its licensors. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from any platform content requires prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. While continuous uptime is the goal, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Mahadev Book accepts no liability for losses arising from technical outages, network disruptions, market suspensions, or other events beyond reasonable control.
